All programs that require funding are reviewed in one the three funding bodies: SIPHR Steering Committee, SIAPS Steering Committee, or SPACES Co-Directors. If you are requesting for funds, you are required to meet with the respective advisor before the program proposal presentation at Steering Meetings. A meeting with the DFA is not required, but can advise on funding/budgets. Refer to the Funding Manual for timelines and these calendly links to schedule meetings:
If you are requesting for funds, you must make a 5-10 minute presentation with the respective funding body to one of the respective funding bodies.

Once you have submitted your Program Proposal Packet, the SPACES Advisor or the SPACES Program Assistant will confirm with you if your proposal packet is sufficient to be reviewed by the respective funding committee. If the program proposal packet is missing information and/or needs revisions, one of the SPACES Professional Staff Members will contact you.
Be sure to fill out the Post Program Report after your program is finished.
