{"id":4824,"date":"2013-10-28T08:03:45","date_gmt":"2013-10-28T16:33:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spaces.ucsd.edu\/?page_id=4824"},"modified":"2021-03-23T11:22:40","modified_gmt":"2021-03-23T19:52:40","slug":"tap","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/spaces.ucsd.edu\/candlelight\/funding1\/program-resources\/tap\/","title":{"rendered":"Triton Activities Planner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You must begin the <a style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #1c93c7;\" href=\"http:\/\/tap.ucsd.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAP process<\/a> 21 or more days before your event date and finalize your TAP at least 14 days before your event date.<\/p>\n<p>All on-campus events (with the exception of simple meetings and information tables) require a TAP submission. &#8216;Simple&#8217; meetings are meetings that include just you and your members in an informal setting\u00a0and are not advertised to the public.\u00a0\u00a0A meeting is no longer considered &#8216;simple&#8217; if it includes any of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sale or value exchange of items or services<\/li>\n<li>Paid or unpaid speakers, performers or services<\/li>\n<li>Amplified sound<\/li>\n<li>A potluck attended by more than 25 people<\/li>\n<li>Takes place in a programming space reserved via the University Centers\/ One Stop Desk (Ballrooms, Forum, Plaza, Theater, SSC Multipurpose Room [MPR], The Loft, Matthews Quad)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each of the following items must be included at that time:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Event time<\/li>\n<li>Facility confirmation with corresponding I.D. numbers, if applicable<\/li>\n<li>Event description, and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirmed<\/strong>\u00a0funding information<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Any remaining TAP modules or written documentation of funding sources (split funding forms, etc.) must be completed\/turned in no less than\u00a014 days\u00a0before the event date.
